The 14th edition which is scheduled to run from February 9-12 is expected to host electrifying performances from different artists with unique and rich African rhythms, bringing the right dose of excitement under the sunshade of humanity.
In the spirit of unison, the festival will feature a mix of Morrocco, Zanzibar and Mainland Tanzania music. To spice it up, the organizers will be offering half-price tickets for all African nationalities and discounts for Tanzanians and East African residents.
The reach line up of over 400 participants comprises the gifted and world renowned artists from Africa such as: Pat Thomas & Kwashibu Area Band and Rocky Dawuni (Ghana), Sahra Halgan (Somaliland), Roland Tchakounte (Cameroon), Batimbo Percussion Magique (Burundi), Grace Barbe (Seychelles), Isau Meneses (Mozambique), Sami Dan (Ethiopia), Yamoto Band, Jagwa Music, Chibite Zawose Family (Tanzania), Rajab Suleiman & Kithara, Matona’s G Clef Band and Tausi Women’s Group (Zanzibar), Sarabi and H_art the Band (Kenya) and many more are expected to thrill fans.
Sauti Za Busara which prides itself with showcasing quality, originality and innovation, is an annual event that seeks to promote music with cultural diversity, young, local and emerging talents alongside established acts, with electrifying acoustic and electronic music performances.
